I am very pleased to announce that, as of  September 1, 2011, Burdi & Burdi has become part of Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP in Lake Success, New York. We are relocating to the Lake Success office and I will practice as Counsel to the firm.

 

Vishnick McGovern Milizio is a full-service law firm with a 40 year history of providing superior legal representation to its clients. The firm  covers all of the areas of law in which the Burdi law firm has practiced, including: Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Elder Law,  Special Needs Planning and Guardianships, Real Estate and Business Transactions. As part of a larger firm with a tremendous pool of resources, I believe I will be in a better position than ever to deliver the highest quality legal representation to my clients.

 

In addition, I can now offer an expanded scope of legal services, including general and commercial litigation, matrimonial matters, tax issues, employment law, LGBT issues and more complex business and real estate tranactions.

 

Of course, I will continue to personally handle my clients' matters and, as always, I will be available by phone or by appointment, for consultations, meetings or questions. My colleagues at VMM Legal share my client-friendly, personalized approach to the practice of law, so I know that my clients will be comfortable working with the other attorneys and staff, whenever the occasion arises.

 

This is an exciting step in the journey started by my father, Jack F. Burdi, in 1951, when he set out to create a law firm that would earn its

clients'  trust through integrity, skill and personal service. I have been proud to carry on that tradition and I am confident that it will continue at VMM Legal.
